The tenth day in the Big Brother Naija House saw the housemates gearing up for their wager task while reflecting on the shifting dynamics in the House and the fallout from Monday night’s nominations.
08:00 am: Rigorous gym sessions kick-start the day
As always, the housemates began the day with intense workout sessions before settling into their morning routines. After breaking a sweat, they got ready for the day, cleaned the House and bonded over breakfast.
09:00 am: Evictions and house dynamics dominate conversations
Having been saved by the House, Tram jokingly told his fellow housemates that anyone who gets evicted should make sure to visit his dog.
Later, Tram, Sheba and Ricky discussed their relationships with the other housemates. Ricky insisted he isn’t concerned about what anyone in the House thinks of him, while Tram admitted there are a few housemates he genuinely likes, adding that “they already know themselves.”
10:00 am: Chimsom Chuka and Kamsy share a cosy moment
Things continue to heat up between Chimsom Chuka and Kamsy, with Chimsom Chuka making it clear he's determined to win her over. The pair spent part of the morning cuddling as Chimsom Chuka tried to get Kamsy's attention while she wanted to catch some rest.
In the garden, Goddessa and Araga caught up over breakfast, discussing Abi's growing closeness with Temi Nkem and Nomy. They speculated about the friendship and admitted they were particularly surprised by how close Nomy and Temi Nkem have become, with Goddessa saying she never saw it coming.
11:00 am: Diary sessions begin
Martins was the first housemate to step into the diary room, where housemates reflected on Monday night's conspiracy hour.
Martins said he saved Gerard, Yusuf and Abi because of the strong bonds they've built in the house, describing Abi as the female version of himself. While he wasn't surprised that the house didn't save him, believing many see him as a strong competitor, he admitted he was surprised Chimsom Chuka was saved after his first HOH reign left some housemates unhappy.
Mercedes also reflected on the nominations, saying the house is becoming more divided as trust begins to fade. She revealed she saved Abi, Bells and Flora because she believes they have all been misunderstood by the other housemates. Although she expected not to be saved herself, Mercedes said she was surprised the house chose to save Tram, as she had heard several negative opinions about him.
12:00 pm: More housemates reflect during diary sessions
Diary sessions continued as Kamsy and Cassi shared their thoughts on the House's nomination decisions, shifting alliances and preparations for this week's wager task.
Kamsy described the House's mood as sleepy, saying the demanding workout routine and late-night rehearsals have left everyone drained. She revealed she saved Bluethopia, Neche and Gerard because of the close bonds they share. While she wasn't surprised that the House didn't save her, she admitted she was shocked Tram was among those rescued, saying she expected him to receive less support.
Cassi also reflected on the growing divisions in the House, saying recent disagreements have created noticeable factions among the housemates. He explained that he saved Tram, Barry and Temi because he believed others would rally behind Chimsom Chuka. Cassi also praised Sheba's leadership as Head of House and expressed confidence that the House is on track to deliver a strong wager presentation.
1:00 pm: Bluethopia weighs in on the House's decisions
Bluethopia's Diary Session centred on the House's save-and-nominate process as she reflected on the choices made by her fellow housemates. She admitted she wasn't a fan of the conspiracy phase, saying she felt nominations were driven more by personal disagreements than competitive strategy.
She revealed she saved Kamsy and Neche because of the close connections she has built with them. While she was surprised the House didn't save her, she was even more shocked that Tram made the list of saved housemates, saying she expected housemates like Barry or Goddessa, who contribute more around the House, to receive greater support.
Away from nominations, Bluethopia praised Sheba's leadership as Head of House and said the House's mood has been more supportive this week as everyone works together to prepare for the wager task.
2:00 pm: Aikou discovers he's the Gambit
The diary sessions continued with Aikou and Nomy reflecting on Monday's nominations, while Aikou received a surprise revelation from Biggie that left him visibly surprised – he is one of the season's Gambit.
Before the reveal, Aikou explained that he saved Barry and Abi because of the connections he's built with them, describing Abi as someone who is often misunderstood by the House. He wasn't surprised that he wasn't among those saved, saying he never expected housemates to choose him based on first impressions.
Nomy also shared the reasons behind her choices, revealing she saved Goddessa, Kamsy and Cassi because they are the people she feels closest to in the House. Unlike many of the other housemates, she said she wasn't surprised by the House's final save list.
Before leaving the Diary Room, Biggie also handed Nomy a punishment for failing to fully comply with her Bench Warmer task. As a consequence, she will clean the house toilets for the rest of the week.
3:00 pm – Conspiracy hour opened Chimsom Chuka’s eyes
In her diary session, Goddessa called Abi her girl and said she should be given a chance by the housemates, because Abi has been misunderstood. She also talked about how Araga’s demeanor had changed. She said that the first few times she spoke with him, he held back and that he was not even talking to the guys. However, this week she have seen him talking and says she told him to take charge and show aura. She says maybe she will unleash more out of him. She also spoke about her love for Sheba.
Chimsom Chuka thought the conspiracy hour was a good idea, it opened his eyes to who bonds with who. He thinks Tram is smart, because ten people called him. Now he’s talking to Nomy, something he never thought he could do.
4:00 pm – Temi Nkem cooks again
Tram joked with Temi saying she wants to cook jollof rice, but she's messing up noodles. Barry adviced Temi on how to cook better and he said she did good. Temi makes Tram taste and he give her a 4/10.
Yusuf and Bells were hanging out together. She confessed to him that she doesn't feel like it is worth it being in the house, she doesn't know what she signed up for. She feels like some people have beef with people for nothing. Bells says she tries to accommodate everyone. Yusuf told her she must stop saying she wants to leave.
5:00 pm – Trouble in paradise?
Barry sits down with Temi Nkem and told her that she is always eyeing him and laughs at him. She responded by saying it’s because he’s funny. Barry called Temi his friend. She told him that he cockblocked her and now his husband Keivo didn't sleep by her. Keivo joins them.
It seems like things are not looking good for Araga and Goddessa. He had a heart-to-heart with her. He said coming to this house he didn't want to ship someone because he wanted to avoid being hurt. He says Goddessa must say if she doesn't like him, she must let him go. Goddessa said she hears him and apologised, she doesn't want to hurt him.
Sheba called the housemates to the lounge so she can read a sponsored Extract task brief. They have 60 minutes to prep for the task.
6:00 pm – First sponsored task begins
The first sponsored task is sponsored by Satnam investment Africa, makers of Extract soap and lotion. In the first activity, the housemates had to work in groups of two to give presentations. Abi paired with Aikou and Kamsy paired with Gerard. Bluethopia and Chimsom are paired.
The groups were practising their lines. Biggie called the housemates to the Arena to start the presentations. After that, names were called to answer questions about their product.
7:00 pm – The runway is opened
The question-and-answer session continues.
Biggie gives the housemates a chance to prepare for the second activity, which is the fashion show. They return to the Arena for their Nigerian Cultural Heritage showcase.
8:00 pm – Housemates show off swimsuits
The housemates go back into the house to change into their swimsuits. Their third activity for the sponsored task is a swimwear showcase. Sultex is the first on the runway. One by one the housemates strut their stuff on the runway.
