Tram seemed like he is walking on air after he had a cosy night with Temi Nkem. He spilled the beans about their togetherness with Ricky. Meanwhile, Ricky had felt Sheba’s wrath in the kitchen. This all took place ahead of the shopping spree for Team Chao Artic.
8:00 am – It’s a lazy start to the day
The housemates were sleeping late. The Head of House (HoH) was called to the Diary Room to get batteries so that the housemates can have a battery change. Biggie started playing music in the house.
Abi started cleaning up around the house. Ricky grabbed his bag with dirty clothes and took it to the Laundry Area.
9:00 am – Sheba gives Ricky the cold shoulder
Sheba was in the Kitchen, pouring water into the bottles. Ricky went to talk to her and she told him he must pretend like she's not here. Sheba said she won't waste her time talking about things. Ricky wanted to know what she's talking about and she told he knows, and walked away.
Ricky went back to Sheba and said he will respect her wishes.
In the Garden, Ricky told Tram about his interaction with Sheba and how it's probably what he had told Goddessa and it was probably taken out of context.
10:00 am – Tram exposes his interactions with Temi Nkem
Tram told Ricky that he and Temi Nkem are just having fun. He said he finds her attractive and Ricky asked him: ‘Do you though?’ Tram replied yes. He revealed that they have had deep conversations even when Keivo was still in the mix.
Tram said he does feel bad (about the kissing) because he has a girl outside.
According to Tram, Temi Nkem had given him a lot of access to her body and it confuses him a little. He also talked about how he respects Sheba and their friendship.
Abi made the housemates pick a number from the lucky dip.
Aikou talked to Araga about Abi – about how she doesn't want to be corrected and how she's always right.
11:00 am – It’s shopping time
The housemates go back into the Main Lounge so that the winning team, Team Chao Artic team can do their grocery house shopping.
After the shopping spree, Flora helped Oyin unbraid her hair while they are sitting with Tram. Tram told Oyin he’s having fun with Temi Nkem.
12:00 pm – The gisting continues
Aikou and Keivo catch up and Aikou confessed that how he handled things with Abi was wrong.
Flora and Oyin started gisting about the ladies in the house, they start with how Nomy is using Abi and how they like Sheba. They said that Sheba she doesn't know who she's friends with (Goddessa).
The housemates move to the Main Lounge for the nomination of the Most Influential Person of the Week (MIPOW).
1:00 pm – Flora opens up to Temi Nkem
Flora talked privately to Temi Nkem about the Nominations and how it was only Keivo who wanted to save Temi Nkem. Flora said that Temi Nkem’s friends Barry, Sheba and Araga didn't mention her name.
Tram overheard them talking about Keivo and he said he doesn't like that they are talking about Keivo in front of Temi Nkem. He said Keivo had had his turn to have fun with Temi Nkem.
Keivo walked into the room. Tram said Keivo lost his girl because of respect. Temi Nkem told them they were just different people and said Keivo was too strict. Flora argued that Keivo is a nice guy and Tram said nice guys finish last. Oyin told Temi Nkem that Tram will play in her face. Temi said she wants to have fun with Tram as much as he wants to have fun.
2:00 pm – Temi Nkem and Sheba talk about Tram
Temi Nkem sings while Sheba painted her toenails. Temi Nkem asked Sheba if she should leave Keivo alone and she responded yes, she will take care of him. Temi Nkem then told Sheba is too old for him and she said she will teach him new tricks.
Sheba told Temi Nkem that Tram said Temi Nkem is on his speed, his level. They started talking about their plans for the future.
3:00 pm – The housemates prepare for the sponsored task
Abi called all the housemates to the Main Lounge to read the sponsored task brief with Pepsi. The theme for today’s task is “Thirsty for More”. Four teams are chosen via the lucky dip.
The challenge will combine music, style and football. The four teams are Team Highlife, Team Afrobeat, Team Hip-Hop and Team R&B.
4:00 pm – Teams fine-tune their Pepsi task routines
The four teams spent the hour rehearsing and tightening their dance moves ahead of the Pepsi task.
5:00 pm – Missing eggs spark another house fight
Shortly after rehearsals ended, shouting broke out downstairs as Flora and Oyin confronted the house over missing eggs. Flora warned that whoever started taking their food “will not finish it,” adding that if someone takes one of her eggs, she will take ten in return.
Abi and Chimsom Chuka tried to calm things down, while Cassi suggested using BB Bucks to buy more eggs. Flora and Oyin were not convinced.
6:00 pm –The Pepsi task kicks off in the arena
The housemates headed into the arena for the Pepsi task, starting with a penalty shootout before moving into a round of Guess the Groove charades.
7:00 pm – Housemates style up for the Pepsi half-time show
The main performance of the night was the Pepsi Half-Time Show, but first the teams had to “Look the Part” at the Pepsi Fashion Lab.
Each team had five minutes inside its designated booth to accessorise their merchandise and create a look that matched their team identity using style and creativity. After looking the part, the teams took to the stage and one after the other they displayed their dance moves.
8:00 pm – Team Highlife wins
The results were announced and Team Highlife emerged winners, receiving the Pepsi Task trophy. Back in the house, Abi read out the brief for the Saturday night link-up, giving the housemates one hour to get ready.
After the task, Temi Nkem caught up with Araga and opened up about Tram. She insisted that Tram thinks she likes him, but said she is only playing a game.
Araga pointed out that she often gives Tram an attitude, but Temi Nkem maintained that she is not interested in him. Araga then advised her to keep that same energy at the party.
9:00 pm – The party gets underway
It is party time. Dressed in colourful, bubbly looks, the housemates head into the party room ready to let loose and enjoy the night.
10:00 pm – The dance floor stays on fire
An hour in and the energy has not dropped. The housemates are still owning the dance floor, with the vibes firmly at a hundred.
